Hello,
This PR is made because while going throught the ceramic tutorial, this page is used to make a new repo for new users using npx. However, as I and some users noticed, this cli installer does not work, it gives an error. So I went ahead and fixed the error. The biggest one had to do with tiged not working. I have replaced this with simple-git, but it does the same functionality as tiged. furthermore I have updated some packages.
